Our concept is to give distinctiveness to everyday objects with the desire to enrich the daily experience by creating your own space our design signature consists of clean lines and the use of dark clay and contrasting bright glaze colors. Ceramicsow was created in 2003 by adama sow a gentleman from senegal west africa whose fascinating genius reflects the combination of african traditional pottery and sculpture with a modern touch.

He has a degree in ceramics from the fine art school of dakar and has also attended ceramic school in germany. Since 2002 adama sow has been living in minnesota usa where he makes his living selling his pottery sculptures and teaching ceramics at a few community art centers. Adama also teaches at various art centers in the twin cities i love teaching. He has inspired generations of future artists and current practicing artists.
